Introduction
Thinley Wangchuk is an educator with more than three decades of professional experience at Paro College of Education, one of Bhutan’s premier teacher education institutions. He has been actively involved in the teaching and mentoring of pre-service and in-service teachers for the last 30 years with a strong academic focus on science education and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education modules. Through the integration of scientific inquiry, conceptual understanding and digital competencies in teacher education programs, he has made a substantial contribution to the strengthening of pedagogical practices throughout his career. His service is a reflection of his lifelong commitment to improve the quality of education and to equip future teachers to meet the changing needs of teaching and learning in the 21st century.
