2018 Batch of ICT in Teaching and Learning 2018 Batch of Student teachers who successfully completed the ICT in Teaching and Learning in the College. They were all creative, open and enthusiastic in integrating ICT in teaching and learning ahead in their career. Introduction and overview Born to Mrs. Sonam Choden and Mr.Choney Phuntsho on 29 September 1970 at Shashing village under Yangtse gewog in Tashi Yangtse, Thinley Wangchuk grew up in the village with his seven other siblings. He began his primary schooling at the age of eight in Tashi Yangtse Lower Secondary School which was then a primary school. The very school he attended was then the only primary school in Tashi Yangtse Dungkhag with classes ranging from Lower Kindergarten to Class five.

He began his primary schooling at the age of eight in Tashi Yangtse Lower Secondary School which was then a primary school. The very school he attended was then the only primary school in Tashi Yangtse Dungkhag with classes ranging from Lower Kindergarten to Class five. In his primary school days, he was fond of reading simple books, listening to and telling stories, splaying football and volley ball. He also had keen interest in athletics and participated in many of the sports activities programmed in the school. In 1984 he completed class five after attending the last All Bhutan Common Examination for class five held by Education Department.
